The “Hands-on Technology and Transferable Skill #1” workshop organized within the DEMO consortium was held at the University of Turin (Italy) on February 5-7, 2025.
This workshop was focused on studying the basic aspects of in-situ spectroscopy (such as IR/UV-VIS/Raman), and the doctoral candidates received training courses related to the sample preparation, how to place it in the equipment, how to analyze it and which are the equipment variables. Additionally, the doctoral candidates received transferable skill training related to scientific writing and communication.
